Owner-led freight brokerage, built in Central Florida
We are a small, hands-on brokerage with one job: get your freight moved safely, on time and at a rate that holds up.
Who we are
A brokerage that answers its own email
Indian Hills Truck Brokers Inc was registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on November 19, 2011, under USDOT number 2232110. Our broker authority sits under MC-483890, and it has stayed active and in good standing ever since.
We operate from 130 Sampey Road in Groveland, Florida — in Lake County, roughly 35 miles west of Orlando, minutes from I-4, U.S. 50 and the Florida Turnpike. That position puts us within easy reach of the Gulf ports, the rail ramps and the distribution corridors that feed Central Florida.
We are deliberately asset-light. No trucks in our fleet, no drivers on our payroll, no terminals to sell you on. When you email us about a load, the question we ask is never "what can we fit on our schedule" — it is "which carrier will move this best."
Leadership
Owner-led, and reachable by email
Indian Hills Truck Brokers Inc is owned and run by the people who arrange the loads. In a brokerage our size there is no layer between you and the decision maker.
Rate questions, carrier problems, a lane that is behaving badly — they all reach the same desk, and that desk answers. You are never handed off to a queue or a ticket number.

What we value
Four things we will not trade away
Compliance before speed
A carrier with lapsed authority or a missing certificate of insurance does not get the load, no matter how good the rate looks.
Transparent pricing
The confirmed rate is the billed rate. Line haul, fuel and accessorials are itemized so you can see what you are paying for.
Communication
You get updates at dispatch, in transit and at delivery. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
Clean paperwork
Rate confirmations, bills of lading, PODs and invoices handled properly — because a missing document costs more than a missing truck.
Let's move something
Send the lane and the freight details. You will hear back from a person the same business day.
